Annual Photo Permit
If you plan to photograph at Agritopia Farm more than six times a year, our Annual Photography Permit offers the best value. This pass grants you the same access as our Single Day Photography Permit, but year-round! Whether you're capturing client portraits in every season or building your business content library, this pass ensures you're covered for 365 days from your purchase date.
What’s Included with the Annual Photography Permit:
Access to all common areas of Agritopia Farm for photography sessions during standard hours (sunrise to sunset), including:
The community garden
Vine pathways
The biblical garden (center path between the fields & garden)
Areas around The Coffee Shop, including the car park and front lawn of the white house
Please Note: Some areas may be occasionally restricted due to events or farm activity.
Flexibility to conduct multiple sessions per day or visit the property as often as you'd like throughout the year.
Priority 24 Hour Early access for limited special permit releases (like seasonal bloom or orchard permits) and early sign-up opportunities for special offerings.
Important Notes for Annual Permit Holders:
You will be sent a physical lanyard within a week of your purchase date to wear on site during all sessions conducted on site.
Passes are active forone full year from the purchase date.
The Annual Permit is non-refundable and non-transferable.
This permit does not include access to restricted areas such as:
The Orchard(requires a seasonal or event-based permit)
Staff-only or fenced areas clearly marked as off-limits
🚨 Policy Reminders:
If you are found on-site without valid documentation of your Annual Permit, you may be asked to end your session until proof is provided. If you loose your permit, please contact our team immediately to get a replacement by emailing our team at: photography@agritopiafarm.com.

Violations of any of our rules may result in permit revocation or restricted access.

Just a few things to remember:
Please do not bring any large props. Smaller items; blankets, small flag banners, etc. are ok, but please no huge balloons or furniture.
This permit is NOT for the Orchard or Farm area beyond the white fences. Please stay on the designated pathways or in the Community Garden.
