Chef Matt Carter, a driving force behind the Phoenix food scene with his Fat Ox, The Mission and Zinc Bistro restaurants, will prepare a meal with produce farmed in much the same way as was traditionally done in this arid landscape.

Miss Hickory will lead a Farm Hands Class: Lovebugs. Participate in hands-on activities and nature-based learning! Come with us to capture insects hanging out in the farm fields! You will be amazed by the variety of critters we will capture and identify. We will have some fun preparing a bug salad to enjoy and creating a bug to take home!
