Single Day Photo Permit
Agritopia Farm offers a variety of stunning backdrops for your photography sessions year-round! We take great care in maintaining our property to ensure it remains a picture-perfect setting for you & your clients.
To help preserve this space, anyone looking to host a photography session on our property must purchase a Single Day Photography Permit and abide by our posted policies, which you can review here.
What’s Included:
With a Single Day Permit, photographers may shoot any time from sunrise to sunset on the date of purchase.
Permit holders may access the following areas:
The community garden pathways
Vine lined pathways
Serenity garden (the area where the farm walkways all converge near garden/fields)
Spaces surrounding the businesses on property including: the white house, Barnone, The Coffee Shop, Joe’s Farm Grill, Garage East, and the Farm Store. The permit does not cover the areas inside of these businesses, please check with the manager on duty to make sure you are authorized to conduct your session inside.
🚫 What’s Not Included:
Orchard access. These sessions require a separate permit available on select dates only. You can learn more and see available dates here.
Staff-only areas or fenced/clearly marked off-limits zones, even if the fences or gates are left open.
Important Notes Before Purchasing:
Daily Permits must be purchased on the same day as your session, no advanced bookings available!
Available for purchase online or in person at the Farm Store.
Your receipt = your permit, so please keep it handy during your shoot for staff.
Permits are non-refundable. If you cannot attend your session, the permit is forfeited.
🚨 Policy Enforcement:
Photographers without a valid permit will be asked to stop their session and leave the property. Repeat violations may lead to further action, including restrictions from future bookings or involvement of local authorities if necessary.
